Returns and Refunds
We understand that occasionally you may receive an online order and find you aren’t quite happy with it. If so you have 7 days from the order date to notify us by email that you want to exchange your product at email@example.com
Wrong size? If you would like to exchange for another size please let us know so we can check the stock for you. You will need to return the unwanted item in the condition stated below* and also shipping costs will be on you.
*Please note only products which comply with the below conditions are eligible for exchange/refund: the product must not have been worn/used, undamaged and (insofar as possible) in the original and undamaged packaging.
Please notify us by email which products you wish to return. Then send us a return postage. It is VERY important that you add your name and order number to the parcel.
After receiving and checking your return goods we will contact you.
The value of the item(s) returned (minus any shipping costs) will be transferred back to the original method of payment. Please allow 14 days processing time.
Sorry to say that refunds are only applicable to "Out of stock" after pre-ordering.
Refunds can only be made to the original payment card.
